Storage & Freshness

Our artisanal boards are designed to be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before your event, ensuring peak freshness when you're ready to serve.

Once displayed, the boards are safe to serve for up to six hours, provided temperatures remain moderate (around 70°F or lower). To maintain quality, avoid placing boards in direct sunlight, as this can heat the food and reduce its serving time.

For the best flavor experience, we recommend allowing the boards to sit at room temperature for about an hour after removing them from the refrigerator before serving.
